Need Prayers...

This morning I woke up to some absolutely devastating news. One of my really good friends and a fellow July/Aug 08 Mommas son Dylan has been diagnosed with Leukemia. I am heartbroken and hurting for Kristen and her family, especially little Dylan.

Kristen took Dylan into the Dr's because of a possible ear infection and fever. They did a bunch of tests and sent them home. After they got the blood tests back they immediately sent them to PCH and Dylan was admitted. He had critical levels of wbcs (high) and rbcs and platelets (low) and diagnosed him with Leukemia. The Dr's don't know what type of Leukemia, but they think ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). The good news is his wbc count dropped by 50k overnight with antibiotics. So hopefully they are on the right track.  Dylan also has some form of Autism, But he is such a lovable and happy child. Dylan is only a few weeks younger than Reagan and I could not even imagine having any of my kids go through this. No child should ever have to go through this. So they need thoughts, prayers and whatever else you do..

So please pray for Dylan and his family (Kristen, Brian and little sister Keira)

Thank You.

Rest In Peace Sweet Baby Kayleigh...

I am so heart broken... I learned this morning that beautiful Kayleigh. went to Jesus last night after a courageous, but much too short, life. Would you please wrap your loving arms around this family as they mourn their amazing daughter's passing?

Please Pray For Kayleigh!!

Please pray for Kayleigh.

She is not doing well. A few days after her surgery she started to get worse, she is not waking up. She is breathing and her sats are good, but no movement besides her muscles contracting. They did an EEG and the tests came back that a big portion of her brain (cerebral cortex) is not working and may never work again. The dr.s are saying that she has a flat reading, which is another term for brain dead. The did a second EEG and her brain waves have not changed.

Please take a few minutes and pray for this family. They need a miracle.

A Big Prayer Request...

If you have a few minutes to spare, Please say a prayer for a little girl named Kayleigh.

http://kayleighannefreeman.blogspot.com/

Her story has touched so many lives, especially mine. She is a true Miracle and is in need of some really good prayers. Her fragile body is fighting as hard as she can, but it is taking a toll on her. She was born at 23 weeks gestation. If god says its her time, then it will be, but we are praying that she gets through this. Her parents, Aimee and Adam also need some prayers for strength, as they go through this very tough time.

Thank You.
