Kids who don't behave get COAL for Christmas!

So my dad was telling me a story yesterday about how my Aunt and Uncle are at a loss with their 12 y/o son. He is not listening and just acting out. So a month before Christmas they tell him that if he keeps acting this way, Santa brings coal to kids who don't listen and are bad. Well, he keeps acting like a brat and is not listening and not doing what he is asked/told to do. So my uncle is on the road (he drives for Walmart) and sees an accident, When he gets closer to the accident he notices that it is a Coal Truck that tipped over and lost its load. So he thought this was a sign, so he pulled over and picked up some coal. It was getting closer to Christmas and he was still acting out and not listening, and they kept reminding him about Santa bringing coal..

So yesterday morning *Christmas* They woke up and there were all the presents under the tree and so he opened his first present and Guess what Santa left him????

COAL...

All of his presents were coal. He just looked at the coal and then tossed it aside and started playing with his sisters toys, It didn't even phase him that Santa left him coal for Christmas. They were going to give him the gifts that they bought him if he learned something from this, but he didn't. So they don't know what they are going to do with the presents, they might return them.

I was talking with my uncle and I told him that I could not believe that he was not even phased by what happened and he said "Yeah, But at least he knows that Santa doesn't play around!" I would have cried my eyes out if that happened to me!!!

I cant believe Christmas has come and gone... The kids had a lot of fun today and made out like bandits! They woke up this morning bright and early at 7:30am and ran out into the front room like they have done this for many years. Right when they saw all of the presents they started to dig in!!!

DJ got an Ambulance that makes all sorts of noise and started playing with it as soon as he opened it!

Reagan was still a little sleepy and started s.l.o.w.l.y started ripping through all of her presents.. She got a Say Please Tea Set that she LOVES!

DJ onto gift #2, He got a Handy Manny Tool Box that makes noise and dances... He hasn't put it down since he opened it.. I'm surprised he is not sleeping with it right now.. lol

Reagan was starting to get the gist of everything and started opening presents like a Pro!

On our way to Church.. After we went to church we went over to Dave's brothers house and they scored with presents too! They got me a bottle of wine and a set of wine glasses =) Dave got a Bombay Sapphire Set and a Chicago Bears movie...

We finally made it over to my dads house and again scored! My dad stocked them with a lot of clothes! My sister got DJ a Handy Manny Doll w/ a Tool Box that talks in English and Spanish =)

His Great Gramma got him a Big Dump Truck! DJ and Reagan were sitting in it and Dave and my dad would push them around.. lol

My sister got me a Mixer!!!

Reagan's Great Gramma made her a Baby Doll Cradle and a Baby Doll. She made all of the bedding too! It comes with 2 Sheets, A Throw Blanket and a Quilt! My Gramma has always sewn. I love it!

Tomorrow is our intermission, Sunday my aunt and cousin are coming over to swap gifts and on Monday my In laws are coming over to give the kids their presents...

Today was so busy and the kids had a blast! They were so tired they both crashed at 8pm =)

Merry Christmas Eve!!!!

I cant believe Christmas is already here! It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the last Christmas...

All of the kids' presents are in my closet waiting to be wrapped tonight! I have their stocking already packed with goodies, So all I have to do is just bring them out and hang them! The kids are so spoiled from their Grandparents and Aunts & Uncles its not even funny! DJ is going to get a lot of Toy Story & Handy Manny stuff and Reagan is going to be able to open up her own Daycare with all of the Baby Dolls and Goodies she is getting... lol They will both have enough clothes for the year from my Dad and Aunt =) I am so Grateful for everything they do for the kids!

Cant wait to see their faces tomorrow morning when they are opening all of their goodies!!!
