Overload of Allen's Newborn Photo Shoot!!!!!

Post Partum Depression...

It has finally hit me. I started to notice the way I have been feeling about 3 days ago. Everything is making me cry and I feel like such a shitty mother because my older 2 are outta control right now. I know this is a big change for them and I know that it will pass, but I just can't get over that shitty feeling.

I have an appt with my Dr on the 31st to talk about my blood pressure & meds, post partum depression and my heart issues. I also need to get my referral to the cardiologist, they are such slackers. I think a lot of my depression has to do with the fact that I can't be with 3 kids at the same time. I try to give them each one on one time and do something with each of them, but its hard when Allen is screaming because he is hungry or Reagan is screaming because DJ hit her.

I am also really depressed about my weight. I knew I would have to work on my weight issues, but when I look in the mirror I just see someone who has completely let their self go. I have always had issues with my body and weight. I think high school was the only time I was actually happy with my weight and I was a size 7. I don't want to be rail thin, I just want to be healthy.

I just want this to go away...

House full of sickness...

Yup, The germ cesspool called preschool got DJ sick and then Reagan got sick. Dave and I thought we were going to get passed up, but Nope... We are feeling like complete shit :(  Runny Nose: check, Cough: Check, Fever: Check, Stuffed Up Nose: Check... All Bad!

This morning I had everyone get a Nebulizer Treatment and we are upping our OJ intake and lots of vitamins. DJ kept saying "Look mommy, I'm pumping..." hahaha

 Fighting over who gets the treatment...

I am praying that Allen does not get sick... That would be very very bad. Its bad enough that we are all sick during the last week of Dave's vacation. He goes back to work on Tuesday. I have no idea what I'm gonna do... Eeeek!

2 week check up...

Today was Allen's 2 week appt! Appt went great and we had to reschedule his circumcision procedure for next Friday though :( But all in all, the appt went really well. Dr also showed me some moves for Allen when he is constipated. We need to help him poop...

Allen's Stats:

8lbs 3oz - 50th %tile

21 1/4 inches - 90th %tile

33cm head - 10th %tile

{Allen is 2oz bigger than DJ was at Birth.. Yikes!}

2 weeks old

Allen is 2 weeks old... I cant believe it! It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital. DJ and Reagan just love him to pieces and love to help me take care of him!

What Allen is doing:

Waking up between 2-3am and 5-6am to eat.

He is a great sleeper.

Starting to get great head control.

Fitting into 1 or 2 of his 0/3 month clothes.

His tummy issues are finally getting better. We switched to Enfamil Newborn.

Loves laying on his tummy.
Starting to giggle.
Loves to smile.
Starting to Coo and make those cute noises at us.


We have his 2 week appt on friday!
