Baby Shower For Miss. Reagan!!!

Today was the baby shower and it was a total blast! I got a lot of goodies and ate a lot of yummy food! i just want to thank everyone for comming and thank you for all the gifts!!! here are some pics from the shower!!!

5 hours at Labor & Delivery...

At around 9:30 i went to the bathroom and had a gush of blood, so i called my dr and they said to go into L&D so i call dave and he picks me and dj up and we go. we get there around 10:30 - 11 and while we were there i started having contractions that went from 5 min apart to 2 min apart so at 12:30 they give me my first terb shot (and those things burn... ouch) the contractions stopped and about 1 1/2 later the terb wears off and the contractions come again full force so they give me my 2nd dose of terb at 2:30 and finally after the second shot wore off around 3:30-4 my nurse said if i dont have 1 contraction within a half hour i get to go home. so at 4:30 i was getting dressed and heading home!!! the nurse said as long as i keep her baking till 4th of july we will be fine.

They said that if the contractions kept comming then they would have put me on magnesium sulfate and would have had to sat 24 hours to be monitored. thank goodness they stopped!!!

When she checked me i am at 2 cm and soft. and they want me on bedrest... yeah right. im on level 3 bedrest. im the last person they want on bedrest, lol i have a 1 year old boy who is walking.

Our Funtastic Sunday :)

So Sunday was a jam packed day! we started out at daves soccer game at 9:20 am and that was a pretty interesting game, in the end it was a tie 3 to 3. so after the game we go home and get ready to drive to San Francisco! Daves cousin is graduating from Sacred Heart Preperatory in san francisco. So we head down there for the grad party and it is so nice and the only traffic we ran into was the bay bridge toll area. other than that it was smooth sailing, it only took us 1 1/2 hours to get there!

When we got there carol could not believe how big dj has grown, the last time she saw him he was only 4 months old. So after being bombarded by carol and the boys, we got inside and settled him down. There was a 14 month old little girl there at the party and she wasnt walking yet and they were the same height. After eating and everything i started to feel sick and started getting Braxton Hicks and then the contractions came and started to get really strong and i wasnt feeling well at all so we decided to go home, we were planning on staying the night but i just wanted to be home and close to my hospital and dr if anything happened. So we get home around 10:15pm and dj slept the whole way home which was great cause we just put him in bed when we got home and he slept all night.

Now we are at my dads getting ready for a BBQ! i cant wait to eat!! hope everyone has a great memorial day weekend!!!
