He can't eat WHAT?!

Since Allen is Lactose Intolerant, I looked up everything he can and cannot have..
This poor little guy can't have anything fun. I really hope he grows out of it!

Yesterday, I made grilled cheese and when he was done, he had red splotches around his mouth :( I felt so bad.. I gave him some benadryl and it cleared up..

So here is the long list of Good Foods & Bad Foods...

DAIRY

Cole is lactose intolerant as well. Did you know Yoplait just came out with a lactose free yogurt!? Definitely worth checking out!
