Chex Muddy Buddies :)

I made some yummy treats for the kids yesterday. They are called Chex Muddy Buddies :)

The kids and Dave LOVE them!

What you need is:

• 9 Cups Chex Mix Cereal
• 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolates
• 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 2 gal Ziploc Bag
• Wax/Parchment Paper

First you take the Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Butter and put it in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute. Stir, if it is still lumpy microwave for another 30 seconds.

When everything is melted, add your Vanilla. Stir untill everything is blended. Then you add your chocolate mix to the 9 cups of Chex Mix in a big bowl. Mix everything together until there is chocolate on every piece :)

Once all of the cereal is coated put the mix into a 2 gal Ziploc Bag. I had to use my steamer bags because I ran out of regular Ziploc Bags...

Once the Cereal is in the bag add your 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar. Shake it all around and make sure everything gets coated.

You then want to lay the cereal mix onto a piece of wax or parchment paper or you can put it in a pan to cool.
