Chilies Rellenos Quiche...

I recently had a DeMarle at Home Cooking Show and got some pretty amazing stuff! If you don't know what DeMarle is, You are missing out! The bake ware is Food Grade Silicone and Woven Glass. They have some super cute stuff! I got a whole bake set and a sunflower mold. This morning I decided to make Chilies Rellenos Quiche for breakfast in my sunflower mold!
Here is everything!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients:

8 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
pinch of salt
2 cups monterey jack cheese {shredded}
2 cups cheddar cheese {shredded}
2 cans {4oz. each} chopped green chilies, undrained

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, sour cream and salt in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Stir in cheese and chilies. Pour into mold. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until set in center. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting.

Doesn't that look amazing?!?
